Connection control

Revoke access
with the provider.

This public website cannot disconnect an account or revoke a provider token. The authorized account owner must take action in the provider account.

QuickBooks Online

  1. Sign in to the connected QuickBooks Online company as an administrator or user authorized to manage apps.
  2. Open Apps and find the connected application under My apps or the account's connected-app management area.
  3. Choose the app's management menu, select Disconnect, and complete the provider's confirmation.
  4. Ask the internal integration owner to stop scheduled imports and remove locally stored credentials under the approved internal procedure.

Provider menu labels may vary. If the app is not visible, confirm the connected company and the account that originally authorized it, then consult QuickBooks support.

Clover and BILL

Use each provider's account or application management controls to revoke the applicable integration. Ask the internal integration owner to identify the precise app and stop its local imports. Do not revoke unrelated applications.

Existing records

Revoking access prevents further authorized provider access; it does not automatically delete previously imported business records, backups, or legally required accounting records. Ask your internal application owner about applicable retention and deletion procedures.
